Ingredients
  • 1 qt dairy eggnog
  • 1 qt chocolate milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup rum
  • 1/3 cup creme de cacao OR coffee liqueur
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee crystals
  • Shaved chocolate (optional)

Directions
  1. In saucepan, combine eggnog, milk, half of the whipping cream, rum, creme de cacao, and coffee crystals.
  2. Heat through
  3. Do not boil
  4. Pour into heatproof carafe or pot
  5. Beat remaining whipping cream to soft peaks
  6. Dollop over each serving
  7. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate
