Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Wipe mushrooms with a damp paper towel or cloth.
  • Cut off 1/4 inch of stem
  • In a small bowl mix all but mushrooms.
  • Place mushrooms in a small 4x6, ovenproof dish. Stem side up.
  • Drop an equal amount of the EB mixture around the stem of each mushroom.
  • Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • At the 10 minute mark have a peek at the mushrooms. If they appear dry, spritz with olive oil.

    I made these mushrooms as written, except i doubled the recipe. These little gems burst with flavor and are delicious.My company ate them up so fast i was lucky to get any, these are a keeper and will make them again.. Thank you Bren for the recipe..
