Roasted Garlic And Butter Mushrooms

- 8 large mushrooms shopping list
- 2 tbs Earth Balance or butter shopping list
- 1/2 tsp micro planed garlic, or less. Finely chopped works too. shopping list
- 1/2 tsp parsley shopping list
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Wipe mushrooms with a damp paper towel or cloth.
- Cut off 1/4 inch of stem
- In a small bowl mix all but mushrooms.
- Place mushrooms in a small 4x6, ovenproof dish. Stem side up.
- Drop an equal amount of the EB mixture around the stem of each mushroom.
- Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- At the 10 minute mark have a peek at the mushrooms. If they appear dry, spritz with olive oil.

I made these mushrooms as written, except i doubled the recipe. These little gems burst with flavor and are delicious.My company ate them up so fast i was lucky to get any, these are a keeper and will make them again.. Thank you Bren for the recipe..
