Made these mushrooms as written, except i doubled the recipe.These little gems burst with flavor and are delicious.My company ate them up so fast i was lucky to get any. Thank you Bren for the recipe. Nov.22/2015::Roasted Garlic And Butter Mushrooms

Doesn't seem like enough sauce to pour over the 'shrooms. Think I would have to double the saute liquid.

Next time I pick up mushrooms I making this! My family won't eat mushrooms but I would just eat these for lunch along side a salad and be a happy camper :)

I picked up some mushrooms so this was on the list! Made these at lunch time to have a few with Janet's Pear And Pecan Salad. Used baby bellas. Delicious just like I had thought they would be and can't wait to have the rest with a steak later in the week, thanks Bren :) :)
