Buffalo Hot Corn

- 2 1/2 qts popped corn shopping list
- 2 c. corn chips, slightly broken shopping list
- 1 c. Dry-roasted peanuts shopping list
- 1/4 c. butter shopping list
- 2 TB Louisiana-style hot sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp. celery seed shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, place 2 c. Popped corn; set aside. Combine remaining popcorn with corn chips and peanuts. In small saucepan, melt butter with hot sauce, celery seed and salt; pour over popcorn/peanut mixture, tossing gently to coat. Spread on 15 x 10 inch jellyroll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from baking sheet to large serving bowl. Toss with remaining 2 c. Popped corn. Serve immediately or store in airtight container.
