How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Cream shortening into flours, press into a greased 9” pan.
  • Bake 15 minutes.
  • Mix remaining ingredients until well combined.
  • Pour filling over warm crust.
  • Return to oven and bake 20 minutes
