How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 180 C (350F)
  • Place potatoes in layers in a baking pan
  • Sprinkle evenly with other ingredients and pour over the cream
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until tender

    I was expecting the usual "sweet" bake - this sounds very interesting. I love sweet potatoes, so I have to give this one a try...thanks!
