How to make it

  • Spread the marmalade on one slice of bread and the dijon on the other See Photo. Layer the cheese See Photo. Then the ham See Photo. I cooked mine in my pre-heated George Foreman Grill for about 4 minutes but you could use a panini machine or even grill this in a pan like you would a grilled cheese sandwich. You probably could even waffle this! If you are lucky, some of the marmalade will ooze out of the bread and get all nice and caramelized from the heat.
  • If you really like orange marmalade (like I do!) you can always omit the dijon and use all marmalade.
