How to make it

  • Add 1 cup of water to a pot and bring to a boil, add the salt and stir to dissolve.
  • In a glass dish add the other two cups of water, add the salted water and allow to cool slightly.
  • Add all of the other ingredients except the pork and stir.
  • When the water is room temp. add the pork chops and turn to coat.
  • Refrigerate for a min. of 12 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Remove from the fridge one hour before grilling. Rinse well and pat dry.
  • Sear the chops well then turn the flame to low and continue to cook until the internal temp. reaches 140.
  • Tent for five minutes.
  Close
