Broccoli & Cheese Casserole that is fast easy and delicious.

Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen chopped broccoli (best if use ½ frozen flowerets)
- 2 T. melted butter
- ½ lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 sleeve of Saltine cracker crumbs, coarse
Directions
- Cook broccoli in microwave (not too done). Drain well. Add cheese and 2 T. melted butter. Blend till cheese is almost melted. Pour into a greased casserole. Mix melted stick of butter with cracker crumbs and spread over top of broccoli mix. Bake @ 350o for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 8.

Sounds good. I make a broccoli casserole but I use a can of cream of mushroom soup, the broccoli, 4 oz. sour cream, and a layer of fried onions and then instead of the saltines like your recipe, I use Ritz. I also use shredded mild cheddar instead of the Velveeta. I do love Velveeta and anything with that has to be great!
