Spanish Sweet Potato Wedges

                    - Extra Virgin Olive Oil shopping list
- 2 Sweet Potatoes - peeled and cut lengthways into baton size wedges shopping list
- 1tbsp Smoked Paprika - to taste shopping list
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Preheat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas 6.
- Put the potato wedges in a lightly oiled roasting tray, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle over with the paprika;
- Drizzle over with olive oil and toss lightly by hand to ensure everything coated well;
- Cook in oven for some 30 minutes or so, or until cooked through and golden.
