How to make it

  • In a large, deep skillet cook the bacon over a medium-high heat until evenly browned. Drain, crumble and place aside.
  • Boil the tortellini in a large pot of lightly salted water. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until ‘al dente‘. Drain, and run cold water over the pasta to cool.
  • Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar, in a small sized bowl, for the dressing.
  • In a large bowl, mix together tortellini, bacon, broccoli, sunflower seeds, raisins, and red onion. Pour dressing onto the salad, and toss to coat evenly.
