How to make it

  • Mix all marinade together with a whisk and pour over meat.
  • Let sit for 30 minutes to overnight (depends on how much time you have)
  • About 15 minutes before you start grilling the meat, mix all sauce ingredients in a small pot or sauce pan. Bring to a quick boil and then reduce heat to medium or medium/low heat and let reduce to about half of what the liquid level was when you started. It won’t be thick, it will still be quite liquidy.
  • Grill meat to preferred ‘doneness’.
  • Serve with sides, spooning sauce over meat and veggies.
