Beer Marinated Grilled Steak

I use thick cut rib eye steaks for this, but you can use any tender thick cut steak you like (or is on sale). Pair this with a potato salad and some August ripened tomatoes and you have a whole meal!
Ingredients
- 12 ounces lager-style beer shopping list
- 1/2 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup ketchup shopping list
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic shopping list
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (or to taste) shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 6 thick cut boneless rib eye steaks shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk together all ingredients except steaks.
- Place steaks in resealable bag.
- Pour in marinade.
- Seal bag and chill overnight.
- Remove steaks from marinade.
- Grill until done to desire.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
