How to make it

  • Cook onions and garlic in olive oil over medium heat, approximately 4 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes and stir, cooking two minutes.
  • Add potatoes, stock, thyme and parsley.
  • Bring to a rapid boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered 15 minutes.
  • Add fish, shrimp, pepper flakes, lime juice and pepper. Stir well.
  • Cook 5 minutes and serve hot.
