How to make it

  • Steam cauliflower approximately 5 minutes.
  • Place cooked cauliflower in 9x13 casserole.
  • Mix all remaining ingredients and spread on top of cauliflower pieces.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until warmed through.

    This is so good that you would never believe it's so easy to make. The mayo, sour cream, and cheese come together beautifully to make a rich sauce. It reminded me of a baked potato topping with a hint of Dijon mustard. I loved the Dijon mustard! I only added 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice. If you add the full amount, it would change the flavor from what I experienced. You kind of have to go with your own tastes. I made this for Thanksgiving and garnished with chopped bacon. It was a hit with everyone that likes cauliflower. Thank you, Bikerfamily, for sharing such a fabulous recipe!
