Plum Salsa

A spicy salsa that's great with chicken, pork or fish
Ingredients
- 4 medium red or black plums, pited and cut into 1/2" chunks shopping list
- 1 medium mango, peeled and cut into 1/2" chunks shopping list
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1-2 jalepeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 c. cilantro, chopped shopping list
- 1 TB lime juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp coriander shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Mix until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
