- 6 OUNCES tuna, DRAINED shopping list
- 12 saltines, CRUMBLED shopping list
- 1 egg, BEATEN shopping list
- ¼ CUP skim milk shopping list
- 1 TABLESPOON MINCED onion shopping list
- 1 TEASPOON CHOPPED parsley shopping list
- ½ TEASPOON worcestershire sauce shopping list
- pepper & salt TO TASTE shopping list
- 1 TEASPOON MELTED margarine TO FRY cakeS(I use more) shopping list
How to make it
- MIX ALL TOGETHER
- SHAPE INTO 6 EVEN MEDIUM THICKENESS PATTIES.
- FRY IN 10” SKILLET ON MEDIUM HIGH HEAT.

I found it was very moist, I used bread crumbs to dry it out, and added some of my own seasoning. they were kinda hard to work with, break apart easily. And they didn't look very appetizing, I think my husband was actually afraid to try it, but...more
