My Grandpas Meatballs Recipe
My grandpa's recipe for meatballs. This recipe is great served on rice or egg noodles.

Ingredients
  • 2 Pounds of ground beef
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1/2 chopped yellow onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions
  1. Mix first 6 ingredients together and form into 1&1/2inch balls
  2. Brown meatballs in skillet over medium high heat and drain off grease
  3. stir in soup, milk, and nutmeg and heat to boiling
  4. reduce heat to simmer, cover and let cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
  5. stir in sour cream and heat for a couple of minutes
  6. add additional salt and pepper to taste
  7. serve over rice or noodles
