My Grandpas Meatballs

- 2 Pounds of ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 C. milk shopping list
- 1/2 chopped yellow onion shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1/3 cup of milk shopping list
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Mix first 6 ingredients together and form into 1&1/2inch balls
- Brown meatballs in skillet over medium high heat and drain off grease
- stir in soup, milk, and nutmeg and heat to boiling
- reduce heat to simmer, cover and let cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
- stir in sour cream and heat for a couple of minutes
- add additional salt and pepper to taste
- serve over rice or noodles
