How to make it

  • Mix first 6 ingredients together and form into 1&1/2inch balls
  • Brown meatballs in skillet over medium high heat and drain off grease
  • stir in soup, milk, and nutmeg and heat to boiling
  • reduce heat to simmer, cover and let cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • stir in sour cream and heat for a couple of minutes
  • add additional salt and pepper to taste
  • serve over rice or noodles
