How to make it

  • Brown the beef in a large skillet.
  • Stir in vegetables and 1/4 C. water.
  • Cover and simmer for 10 min. or until vegetables are soft.
  • Add the tomato soup, Worcestershire and thyme and bring to a boil.
  • Stir constantly to heat through.
  • Divide into 6 bowls.
  • Heat mashed potatoes and mix with garlic powder.
  • Top each bowl with 1/2 C. mashed potatoes.
  • Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
