Stovetop Shepherd's Pie

- 1 lb. lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 (10 oz.) package of frozen mixed veg. (peas, carrots, green beans, etc.) shopping list
- 1/4 C. water shopping list
- 1 can condensed tomato soup shopping list
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp. dried thyme shopping list
- 3 C. pre-made mashed potatoes shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown the beef in a large skillet.
- Stir in vegetables and 1/4 C. water.
- Cover and simmer for 10 min. or until vegetables are soft.
- Add the tomato soup, Worcestershire and thyme and bring to a boil.
- Stir constantly to heat through.
- Divide into 6 bowls.
- Heat mashed potatoes and mix with garlic powder.
- Top each bowl with 1/2 C. mashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
