How to make it

  • Cut bacon in small pieces.
  • Cook bacon with beef and onions, garlic in a large skillet until the beef has lost the pink color.
  • Dump all the cans of beans, ham, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, worchestershire, molasses and beef mixture into your crock pot, cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Freezes very well.
  • Best over fritos, topped with cheddar cheese.

    Well, I took corn bread with cheese and jalapenos as my go-along with the bean dish....not a scrap left from that pot luck. I like that nothing to worry about taking home. Thanks for the comments.
