How to make it

  • DRAIN PEPPERS.
  • LEAVE SMALL AMOUNT OF OIL IN CAN.
  • PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 F. USE A 9X13 INCH BAKING PAN.
  • OPEN PEPPERS ALL THE WAY UP, TEARING FROM TOP TO BOTTOM AND LAY FLAT, SKIN SIDE DOWN ON BOTTOM OF PAN.
  • USE ONE CAN FOR THE BOTTOM OF PAN.
  • DISTRIBUTE CHEESE EVENLY OVER PEPPERS.
  • TAKE REMAINING CAN AND REPEAT STEP ONE THIS TIME PLACING PEPPERS SKIN SIDE UP.
  • CRACK ALL THE EGGS IN A PAN.
  • ADD EVAPORATED MILK, GARLIC SALT AND PEPPER.
  • LIGHTLY WHISK UNTIL YOLKS ARE BROKEN.
  • POUR EGGS OVER PEPPERS, SLOWING LETTING IN SEEP INTO CHEESE.
  • SPRINKE TOP WITH BLACK PEPPER.
  • BAKE FOR 50-60 MINUTES OR UNTIL CENTER IS FIRM. SERVE WITH A DOLLOP OF SOUR CREAM
