- 1 pkg. firm tofu, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise, mixed with 1/4 tsp. lemon juice or cider vinegar shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped celery shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Optional: herbs and seasonings such as rosemary, basil, cayenne pepper, turmeric, dill. Season to taste. shopping list
How to make it
- Mash tofu with a fork until completely crumbled. Mix in all other ingredients. Stir well. Serve on bread to make a yummy sandwich.
