Crab Crostini

This is an easy and delicious appetizer. It takes about 10 minutes from start to finish, but the wonderful flavor lingers long after.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces monterey jack cheese, finely grated shopping list
- 3 scallions, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning® shopping list
- 8 ounces crab meat, well picked over shopping list
- 1 loaf French bread shopping list
- parmesan cheese to garnish shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, combine monterey jack cheese, scallions, mayonnaise, Old Bay and crab meat.
- Mix well.
- Cut french bread in half lengthwise
- Spread out cut sides with crab meat and cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and broil 6-inches frm heat until hot and bubbly.
- Cut each bread slice into thirds.
- Serve immediately.

Heavens, this is delicous! Love it. Mom used to serve hers on English Muffins. I think this sounds easier.
