Butterscotch Graham Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 package (11-oz.) butterscotch chips

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
  3. Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in a separate large bowl until creamy.
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract; gradually beat in flour mixture.
  5. Stir in butterscotch chips.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until set.
  8. Cool for 2 minutes on baking sheets; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Thanks for sharing I love butterscotch. Can't wait to try, my ten year old grand daughter is always wanting to cook with me, this is something she will enjoy helping me make and bake.
