Hot Crab And Artichoke Dip From Oceans Crabmeat Recipe

Ingredients
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 2 x 170 g cans of Ocean’s crabmeat with legmeat
  • 375 ml marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 125 ml mayonnaise
  • 250ml grated cheese, parmesan or mozzarella
  • ¼ cup red pepper chopped finely
  • ¼ cup yellow pepper, chopped finely
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions
  1. In an oven-proof bowl blend all ingredients until creamy and well mixed.
  2. Heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes until bubbly. Can also be heated in a 350o oven for 15 – 20 minutes or till hot and bubbly.
  3. Remove and stir.
  4. Serve with raw veggies and bread.

It has soooo much flavour! I can eat it for dinner with a baguette. :-)
