How to make it

  • In a medium saucepan, cook green peppers, tomato and onion with garlic in oil until tender-crisp.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil, cover.
  • Reduce heat to low, cook 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  • May stir to prevent sticking.
  • Sprinkle with additonal seasoning if desired.

    omoolee ate it and said...
    Just made this it came out quite good even though I had to substitute marjoram and thyme for the oragano and it needed salt. Easy and did not take so long to cook using Basmati rice. Will make it again
