Brownie Marshmallow Bars Recipe
These gooey and delicious brownies are topped with lightly toasted marshmallows. Your kids (and you) will love them.

Ingredients
  • 1 stick unsalted butter (1/4 lbs)
  • 1 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt (plus a pinch)
  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate chopped
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups mini-marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocoloate chips

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Butter 8-inch square pan and line with parchment paper
  3. Metl half of butter and then mix with crumbs, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt
  4. Press firmly into bottom of pan to form crust
  5. Bake in bottom third of oven until set (10-12 minutes)
  6. Combine remaining butter and unsweetened chocolate in a heatproof bowl; microwave at 20 second intervals until melted; stirring after each interval
  7. Cool slightly
  8. In a seperate bowl whisk sugar, vanilla, and eggs.
  9. Stir in chocolate mixture
  10. Add flour and mix until just combined.
  11. Pour over cooled crust and baked until set (22 minutes)
  12. Remove from oven
  13. Place broiler on high and move rack 3 inches from heat
  14. Sprinkle marshmallows and chocolate chips on top over brownies and broil utnil marshmallows appear slightly toasted or browned (1 minute)
  15. Remove from heat and let cool, before cutting into squares
  16. Enjoy!
