A different way to make those yummy reubens.

Ingredients
  • 1 C. Thousand Island salad dressing
  • 1 C. sauerkraut , drained
  • 12 oz. can corned beef, shredded
  • 2 C Swiss cheese,shredded
  • toasted rye bread
  • mayo

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese, toasted rye bread, and mayo crockpot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours until heated through.
  3. Make sandwiches with this filling, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, and toasted rye bread.
  4. Serves 6.

Gem, I could make that for a party and serve it with the cheese slices, mayo and those little rye bread squares - let everyone make their own "mini ruebens"...what a great party idea!
