Ingredients
  • 2 c. of cooked cubed boneless chicken or 2 (5 ounce) cans boneless chicken
  • 1 (3 oz) package of softened cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp. of melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. of salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 (8 oz) can of refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 3/4 c. of crushed croutons
  • 2 tbsp. of milk
  • 1 tbsp. of chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. of chopped olives (optional)
  • 1 (8 oz) can of refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 3/4 c. of crushed croutons

Directions
  1. First you want to blend cream cheese with 2 Tbsp butter until smooth.
  2. Add next six ingredients and mix well.
  3. Next you need to spoon 1/2 C meat mixture onto 2"triangles" of dough.
  4. (you want squares)
  5. Now pull 4 corners to the top,then you can twist slightly and seal edges by pinching with your fingers.
  6. Now brush tops with the leftover butter and add croutons.
  7. This should bake on ungreased cookie sheet for approx. 20-25 minutes in a 350* oven until golden brown.
