How to make it

  • If Yucca is frozen open package and boil until tender.
  • If Yucca is fresh peal root and boil until tender
  • Chop Garlic into small pieces
  • Place Yucca in casarole dish then lemon juice and garlic
  • Place lid on dish and bake in oven 450 for 20mins

    I have Yuccas coming out of my ears, but it never occurred to me that I could harvest them to eat. Will be looking at my garden a little differently in the morning. Can't wait to try this out!
