Robyns Famous Potato Salad

- 750g potatoes, cooked and cut into chunks shopping list
- 1 can beef bouillon shopping list
- 250g ham, cubed shopping list
- 1 red onion, cut in rings shopping list
- 150g tiny pickles (gerkins or dills), sliced lengthwise shopping list
- 100g cocktail onions, whole shopping list
- 1 small jar of capers, drained shopping list
- 2 Tbsp of vinegar shopping list
- 2 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the potatoes and cool.Cut into large chunks.
- Cube the ham. You can use slices and cut in strips.
- Mix together and add the pickles, capers, onions.
- Mix together the oil and vinegar. Add the salt and pepper.
- Gently stir into the salad.
- Add can of bouillon a little at a time. How much you add will depend on how dry your potatoes are and how creamy you like the salad.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours so the flavours can blend.

I made this a couple weeks ago and forgot to get back to you.. I liked it..and it is great as you can take it and not worry about the mayo spoiling.. I make one kind of like it with steamed green beans.. Good post.. and good for my waist!
