How to make it

  • First cut jalapenos in half and slice out seeds.
  • Note: Use Gloves.
  • Now fill in the jalpenos with cream cheese and take a piece of bacon around the jalapeno. Secure..
  • Then you want to bake at 425 degrees until bacon appears to be done, approx. 15-20 minutes.

    I've done these on the grill also and they are wonderful! BTW...Bass Proshops has a corer and a rack for these that you can easily core the peppers and put them on the rack on the grill! You can order it on line! Happy Grilling!
