Ingredients
  • 10 fresh jalapenos
  • 8 oz of cream cheese
  • 10 cut in half pieces thin-sliced bacon

Directions
  1. First cut jalapenos in half and slice out seeds.
  2. Note: Use Gloves.
  3. Now fill in the jalpenos with cream cheese and take a piece of bacon around the jalapeno. Secure..
  4. Then you want to bake at 425 degrees until bacon appears to be done, approx. 15-20 minutes.

I've done these on the grill also and they are wonderful! BTW...Bass Proshops has a corer and a rack for these that you can easily core the peppers and put them on the rack on the grill! You can order it on line! Happy Grilling!

Alterations


I add browned pork sausage to the cream cheese before stuffing the peppers


these are great!!! i make mine kinda the same way. i don't cut mine in half i take the stem off and scrape out the insides from the top saving the stem to keep the cheese in. i add cream cheese and 1/4 of a motzarella string cheese stick to each on and then wrap them with the bacon and cook them on the grill. sometimes i'll add some sausage to them too.
