Bratwurst and Shrimp Boil

- 1 (19 oz) package beer Brats shopping list
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled shopping list
- 1 onion, cut into quarters shopping list
- 8 cups water shopping list
- 2 pounds small red-skinned potatoes shopping list
- 5 ears sweet corn, split in half shopping list
- 2 (12 oz) bottles of beer shopping list
- 1 lemon, cut into halves shopping list
- 3/4 cup crab boil seasoning (I used Old Bay™) shopping list
- Melted butter, and lemon wedges shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the grill to a medium heat and grill brats until just browned. Cut into 2 pieces. In Bring onion, water, beer, seasoning and lemon to a boil in a 10-quart pot. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Stir in the corn, cover and cook 3 minutes. Finally, add the shrimp, cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes (or until shrimp is done). The sausage internal temperature should reach 160 degrees F. Serve the boil with melted butter and lemon wedges.
