Baked Feta Appetizer

These are sooo yummy!
Ingredients
- 8 slices of thick feta shopping list
- 8 slices of fully ripened tomatoes shopping list
- 8 garlic of minced cloves shopping list
- oregano--Mediterranean shopping list
- red pepper flakes shopping list
- 8 tbsp. of olive oil shopping list
- 8 sheets aluminum foil shopping list
How to make it
- First you need to preheat oven to approx. 380 degrees.
- Then add a slice of feta on each of the 8 sheets of foil.
- Then you can center a slice of tomato over that;.
- Next season this lightly with salt; sprinkle with garlic and oregano and a light sprinkling of red pepper flakes.
- Now drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil over each feta parcel and then seal foil.
- Let this bake for approx. 15-18 minutes.
- Finaly, you need to put this on one packet per plate.
- Serve with crusty bread.

be sure not to put CLOVES in this...

it really is supposed to be cloves of GARLIC...!
