How to make it

  • Crust:
  • In a medium bowl combine the butter and crumbs.
  • Press firmly into a pie dish.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for one hour.
  • Filling:
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on low and beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the sugar and beat well.
  • In a separate bowl, use a wooden spoon to beat the cream into stiff peaks.
  • Stir the whipped cream into the cream cheese.
  • Stir until no lumps remain.
  • Cover and place into a refrigerator until ready to use.
  • Remove the crust for use.
  • Carefully spread the peanut butter as a thin layer over the bottom of the crust and about ½ inch way up on the sides.
  • Sprinkle ¾ cup of the Snickers over the peanut butter.
  • Spread filling over the Snickers and peanut butter, smoothing as you go.
  • Sprinkle remaining Snickers on top and freeze to set.
