  • Crust:
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
  • Filling:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ⅔ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ¼ cups Snickers bars, chopped

Directions
  1. Crust:
  2. In a medium bowl combine the butter and crumbs.
  3. Press firmly into a pie dish.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for one hour.
  5. Filling:
  6. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer on low and beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  7. Add the sugar and beat well.
  8. In a separate bowl, use a wooden spoon to beat the cream into stiff peaks.
  9. Stir the whipped cream into the cream cheese.
  10. Stir until no lumps remain.
  11. Cover and place into a refrigerator until ready to use.
  12. Remove the crust for use.
  13. Carefully spread the peanut butter as a thin layer over the bottom of the crust and about ½ inch way up on the sides.
  14. Sprinkle ¾ cup of the Snickers over the peanut butter.
  15. Spread filling over the Snickers and peanut butter, smoothing as you go.
  16. Sprinkle remaining Snickers on top and freeze to set.
