I love brown rice and it sounds so boring but I can give some advice on being creative with brown rice. I have a dish that you add 99% fat free ground turkey, Diced tomatoes, Garlic and a infused oil of whatever herb you like. cook turkey and rice and add garlic, Lightly drizzle the infused oil over the mixture and serve. It's light and healthy Also you can nix the oil and a little tomatoe paste it's like a clean healthy slopy joe on a plate without the bread.

To make infused oil you use a healthy oil like Olive Oil, heat and add your herb of choice (like rosemary for example) makingbsure oil isnt too hot just a little too hot to touch and let the herb set in the oil and the flavors marry. I love Rosemary infused Popcorn with white cheddar cheese
