Simple delicious caramelized chicken (or shrimp) with sesame seeds on top, which can be served rice. Amazing.

Ingredients
  • 2-3 chicken breast cut into cubes (or 20 raw shrimp no skin)
  • 2 table spoons of olive oil
  • 4 table spoons of sugar
  • 3 table spoons of soy sauce
  • 3 table spoons of whiskey (or cognac)
  • 1 table spoon of toasted sesame seeds
  • salt and pepper!
  • Cooked white rice or whatever you want to serve it on.

Directions
  1. This is so simple!
  2. Warm up the oil in a non-stick wok or frying pan.
  3. Add the chix cubes (or shrimp) and let it brown a little stirring every now an again for about 5 minutes
  4. Add the sugar and let it caramelize a bit
  5. Pour in the whiskey and the soy sauce and let simmer for 8-10 minutes
  6. Add salt and pepper
  7. Throw the toasted sesame seeds over when you are done
  8. Serve it up right away on a bed of white rice!

I made it with the shrimp and Chicken together and it was great!! Also added 1/2 tsp of powdered ginger. and threw in cooked rice for the last few min.
