This is an easy fast cost effective dish for a family on a budget plus it works well with left overs or whatever may be in the cupboard. Hardy yet family friendly.

Ingredients
  • meat of your choice, chicken, hamburger, beef, pork, sausage, left over meats.
  • any vegetable from your cans such as corn, green beans, red beans , black beens, peas, carrots, spinich, or vegetables left over from other meals
  • 1 can of tomotoe soup or crushed tomotoes
  • 1 box of macaroni and cheese plus cheese packet
  • 1 box of rice of roni or any other rice boxed product
  • 1 cut up fresh onion
  • 1 tsp of fresh minced garlic or powder if prefered only 1/2 tsp
  • seasonings, chili powder, oriental spices, italian spices, greek spices which spices will suit your taste buds.

Directions
  1. prepare all ingredients before cooking have them placed beside the stove where you will be cooking the ingredients. Have cans already open and ready to place in cooking vessel. use a quite large kettle to prepare your dish in.
  2. Empty the cans including the juice of vegetables into pan, add meat and spices.
  3. add 4 cups to six cups of water.
  4. bring to a boil on med to medium high heat stiring occassionally.
  5. about 10 to 20 minutes before meal is complete pour boxes of macaroni and cheese and or rice a roni into the pot and dont forget to include your spice pouches.
  6. complete meal for another 10 to 20 minutes and serve.
  7. serves 12 and up depending on serving sizes.
  8. great for cold weather or comfort times or when your down to the bare necessities in the cupboard.
