Peaches And Cream Cake

Great after dinner dessert. Great for Brunch or friends coming over.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 4 oz pkg vanilla instant pudding mix shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 16 oz peach halves or slices shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese softened shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in a bowl
- Mix well.
- Pour into a greased and floured 9x 13 pan
- Drain the peaches reserving 1/4 cup of juice
- Arrange peaches on top of batter
- Combine the reserved peach juice, cream cheese and sugar in a bowl. Mix well.
- Pour over the peaches
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cake tests done.
