How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Arrange the fish in a greased baking pan (I use a 13x9 glass cake pan).
  • Mix together the sour cream, lemon juice, salt, dill, maple syrup, and bread crumbs.
  • Spread the sour cream mixture over the fish.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for about 35 minutes, or until the fish flakes.
