Baked Haddock With Sour Cream Recipe

Baked Haddock With Sour Cream Recipe
A slightly unusual combination (maple syrup and fish?!), but it tastes fabulous. I usually have to make extra, as everyone begs for second helpings! Excellent with steamed vegetables and couscous.
