This old-fashioned dessert is easy to throw together and very refreshing to eat.

Ingredients
  • 1-20 ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1-16 ounce can peaches, sliced and drained
  • 1-12 ounce can mandarin orange sections, drained
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 medium apple, chopped
  • 1-3 ounce package vanilla instant pudding
  • 1-1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup frozen orange juice, concentrate
  • 3/4 cup sour cream

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine fruits, set aside.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, beat pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate for 2 minutes.
  3. Add sour cream and mix well.
  4. Spoon over fruit and toss to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
