How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375. Prepare muffin tins. Beat together sugar, oil
  • and beaten eggs. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon
  • and salt then mix well. Add dry mix to wet mix and stir to moisten.
  • Add carrots, pineapple and vanilla. Spoon into pans and bake for 20
  • minutes.

    you say that you triple them, when you triple the recipe do you triple all ingredients exactly?
