This makes enough to frost a 9x13-inch cake. (Although you'll be tempted to just eat it out of the bowl!!!)

Ingredients
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 2 cups minature marshmallows
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup finely minced peanuts or walnut meats
Directions
- In a saucepan, place chocolate, 1 cup of marshmallows, water and butter.
- Heat over low heat until well blended.
- Cool slightly.
- Add sugar and vanilla.
- Beat until smooth and slightly thick, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in remainder of marshmallows and the nuts.
