Baked Chicken With Mushrooms And Artichokes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves (can use up to 6 if desired)
  • kosher salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 12 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 6 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup dry white wine

Directions
  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Arrange in greased 13x9 inch baking pan.
  3. Drain artichoke hearts, reserving marinade.
  4. Cut artichoke hearts in half.
  5. Top chicken breasts with artichoke hearts, mushrooms and green onions.
  6. Combine reserved artichoke heart marinade and wine. Pour over chicken.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
