Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until just tender, about 10 minutes; drain well.
  • Place warm pasta in a bowl and toss with vinaigrette, let cool.
  • Fold in peppers, feta, onion, olives, parsley and garlic. Chill.
  • Bring salad to room temperature.
  • Cut avocados into chunks, toss with lemon juice. Fold into salad.
  • Serve and enjoy!

    Mmmm. As far as I'm concerned, there are never enough ways to eat ripe avocados. Thanks for sharing this one.

    This sounds wonderful! Thanks! I love avocados and all of the other ingredients in it. I bet shrimp or chicken would be good in it too.
