Our family loves this recipe because our great aunt made it all the time.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg boneless chicken breasts sliced into slivers
  • 1 diced bell pepper
  • 1 can chopped water chestnuts
  • 1cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • Gravy:
  • 1 TBS cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions
  1. stir fry chicken , add bell pepper, saute next add waterchestnuts
  2. and mushrooms. Make gravy and mix together. Serve on a bed of rice
