Our family loves this recipe because our great aunt made it all
the time.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg boneless chicken breasts sliced into slivers
- 1 diced bell pepper
- 1 can chopped water chestnuts
- 1cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- Gravy:
- 1 TBS cornstarch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- stir fry chicken , add bell pepper, saute next add waterchestnuts
- and mushrooms. Make gravy and mix together. Serve on a bed of rice
