This recipe is from karen's uncle in Texas. He is canadian and loves to cook....He says to cook this sauce with one hand and drink a beer in the other....

Ingredients
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons horse-radish
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 dashes of worchestershire sauce
- 4 or 5 shakes of pepper
- Very little salt
Directions
- Stir this all up real good.
- Serve with cold shrimp or fried shrimp.

I like your uncle already - I make the same sauce and the beer will make a nice added touch next time! I could eat a whole plate of cold shrimp and this sauce!!
