Ingredients
  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chunky salsa
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Shape into a loaf in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour or until center is no longer pink. Remove from oven. Let stand for 3 minutes before removing from pan. Cut into slices and serve.

My daugther made this for my husband on father's day. It was wonderful! Full of flavor, will be a favorite in our house from now on, and so easy to make.

I made this last night for dinner and it was really good! It was the best meatloaf that I have ever cooked! Yum, even my husband liked it and he usually doesn't like meatloaf.
