Key West Marinade

This is a good marinade for Chicken, steak etc. I double or triple the recipe depending on how much I need for how many people I may be cooking for.

Mix all the ingredients together and marinade your chicken or whatever at least an hour, good even if you marinade things over night.

I am looking forward to grilling tonight now. I was gonna use a different marinade but I have no Sherry so I'm gonna try this. I tasted a bit of it after making it and it tastes so good!. just a hint of lime... i think i've found a keeper.. Thanks for posting this!
