How to make it

  • Dissolve sugar in hot coffee, chill.
  • When ready to serve, blend in half and half and vanilla.
  • Add rum. Pour into punch bowl and add ice cream in chunks. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with fresh ground nutmeg.
