Easy coffee punch, like dessert in a cup. Great for open houses and brunch parties.

Ingredients
  • 1 gal of fresh extra strong coffee
  • 5 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 quart of half and half
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla
  • 2 quarts of premium vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 pint of whipped cream, whipped
  • fresh ground nutmeg
  • 1 pint of light or golden rum

Directions
  1. Dissolve sugar in hot coffee, chill.
  2. When ready to serve, blend in half and half and vanilla.
  3. Add rum. Pour into punch bowl and add ice cream in chunks. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with fresh ground nutmeg.
